Program Overview
Audience: Groups of 4 - 15 Remote IT Professionals
Program Features:
Meeting with Team Leads to discuss areas of interests, topics of discussion, and opportunities for growth.
Monthly group classes incorporating games, discussions, team-building activities, and peer-to-peer mini presentations.
Focus on empathy-building, collaboration, and low-risk to high-risk soft skills development.
Integration of English learning without losing focus on team cohesion.
One instructor per session: Facilitating activities and documenting observations and providing feedback on English production and common errors.
